THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2109 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.139 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nandyal Rural Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

The allegations made in the F.I.R. do constitute the offence referred supra. The investigation has to go on. However, in view of the permission sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
