This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.940 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku, West Godavari District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition as the matter was settled out of court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
