THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.25308 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the detenu by name Polisetty Sreenu @ Gotala Sreenu. It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana that the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with Crime No.117 of 2015 on the file of Sullurpet Police Station, which was registered under Section 379 I.P.C., and that he has been remanded to judicial custody.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition is accordingly closed leaving it open to the parties to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
