This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 05.1.2018 in I.A.No.6 of 2018 in I.A.No.6 of 2009 in O.S.No.1 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout.

Today, this Court dismissed CRP No.1167 of 2018, filed against the order dated 05.1.2018 in I.A.No.5 of 2018 to reopen I.A.No.6 of 2009 in O.S.No.1 of 2009. In view of the dismissal of CRP No.1167 of 2018, no further are necessary in this civil revision petition.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
