HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6955 of 2019 ORDER:

Sri K.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri M.A.K.Mukheed, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with a proper prayer. Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated subject to the condition that the counsel shall himself bear the expenses for the filing of the fresh Writ Petition as the mistake in the prayer in this case is squarely attributable to him. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
