Learned Senior Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the compromise and settlement entered into earlier. Permission is accorded, and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
