THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6616 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not completing the investigation in F.I.R.No.40 of 2016, dated 11.02.2016.

The fourth respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the investigation was completed and a charge sheet was also filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Suryapet on 19.01.2017 as Inward No.157 of 2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
