Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies-respondents. 2 . This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupati dated 05.03.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the authorisation of the petitioner was suspended on 05.03.2015 on the allegation that when the shop of the petitioner was inspected on 05.02.2015 by the Vigilance and Enforcement Authority, there was variation of 29.96 quintals of PDS rice and 1.08 quintals of sugar. He further submitted that the cardholders were not enquired into as to the distribution of the essential commodities to them and the suspension order was passed in an arbitrary manner.

4. Since the suspension of the authorisation of the petitioner was passed on 05.03.2015, the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupati, is directed to conduct enquiry against the petitioner and pass final orders, within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
