THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.386 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee, Standing Counsel for Osmania University appearing for the respondents had handed over to the counsel for the petitioner, the copy of marks memo of the petitioner. He also states that the original of the marks memo of the petitioner has been sent to the Siddipet College of Education, Siddipet Taluq, Medak District and that the said College has been instructed to give the said memo to the petitioner.

2. In view of the above events, I do not see any reasons to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court.

3. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
