THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.315 of 2009 ORDER:

Sri K. Naga Phanindra, learned counsel for Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would seek permission to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case. A letter dated 30.10.2017 was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) to list the matter for the very same purpose.

The present Criminal Revision Case is preferred against the order dated 30.07.2008 passed in C.C.No.32 of 2005 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, refusing to treat the accused as juvenile.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
