This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused in crime No.

of of Rentachinthala Police Station, Guntur District. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor (A.P.).

The allegations are that the de facto complainant and the petitioner are in live in relationship and that the petitioner has been beating the de facto complainant. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that there is a medical certificate showing injuries on the body of the de facto complainant. He also submits that the Section of law has been altered from Section 324 I.P.C. to Section 326 I.P.C.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed in consequence.
