The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 23.06.2020 made in Crl.P., and upon hearing the arguments of lvls.P.V.Nagamani Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
Vide order, dated 23.06,2020 in Crl.P. No,2272 of 2O2O, this Court granted regular bail to the petitioner-A4 in Crime No.62 of 2O2O ot Chennur Police Station, Mancherial District, on certain conditions including the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Station House Officer on every Saturday between 1O,00 am and 2,00 p,m., till filing of final report, Now the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Investigating Officer has completed investigation and filed final report on 18.09.2020.
Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions/ would submit that the police have filed charge sheet on 18,09.2020 itself, In view of the same, the said condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 23,06,2020 in Crl,P.
