Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation for respondents.

2. The petitioner has submitted a representation dt.11.05.2015 to respondent nos.2 and 3 alleging that his house, which is on a tank bund, is getting submerged on account of rain water making it difficult for him to live in it. He seeks alternative accommodation or compensation so that they can demolish his house and construct a new house by raising the foundation to the level of the proposed tank bund.

3. The petitioner herein also seeks a direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider the said representation.

4. The learned Government Pleader for Irrigation submits that respondent nos.2 and 3 will consider the representation of petitioner, and pass orders thereon within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation dt.11.05.2015 submitted by petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
