Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is allowed directing the respondents to pay the respective amounts recovered from the petitioners on proper acknowledgment, within a period of two months fr'lm the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Registry is directed to enclose copy of order dated I 7,O8.2022 passed in W'P' No'24687 of 2013 along with this writ petition' There shall be no order as to costs".
