HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.480 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 06.11.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33718 of 2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that in obedience of the aforesaid order, the survey is conducted and as such, the said order is being implemented. He placed before this Court copies of the notice dated 15.4.2019 asking the petitioner to attend the survey to be conducted on 18.4.2019 and the panchanama drafted on 18.4.2019.

Today, though the Contempt Case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the above material, this Court does not see any disobedience of the aforesaid order by the respondent. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
