HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5741 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the eviction notice dated 07.02.2018 issued by the third respondent.

Since there is a provision for appeal against the said order, petitioners are given liberty to file appropriate appeal before the competent authority within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the same, there shall be status quo with regard to possession till the disposal of appeal. If no appeal is filed within that time, the status quo does not operate.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
