SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2078 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in Crime No.09 of 2018 on the file of Sangareddy Town Police Station, Sanga Reddy District. The offences alleged are under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Earlier, a similar petition was filed by these petitioners and the same was withdrawn. This Court, from the nature of the allegations, considers that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The allegations being that the petitioners have beat the complainant, when he was trying to videograph the incidents at a Dhaba.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioners can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering themselves before the court below having the jurisdiction. The court below shall dispose of the bail application on merits, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.
