THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.20894 OF 2001 ORDER:

On several occasions when the matter was listed on 17.11.2017, 30.11.2017, 8.12.2017, 14.12.2017, 19.12.2017 and 20.12.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 21.12.2017, again when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of dismissal on 22.12.2017. Today also, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
