HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9599 & 9600 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8832 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.53 of 2017 of Bapatla Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 498-A r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
