This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.34 of 2019 of Women Police Station, D.D., Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 307 of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having elaborately argued the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal petition.

As seen from the record, there are serious allegations levelled against the petitioner/ A.1 constituting the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 307 of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Hence, it is not a fit case to consider the bail petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Since a request is made to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition, permission is accorded.
