HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17553 OF 2009 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing Notice dated 31.07.2009, terminating the petitioneragency which provides Security Personnel on shift timing on contract basis, with immediate effect, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court on 24.08.2009 while admitting the writ petition granted interim suspension.

Heard Sri Chatla Madhu, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents issued the impugned termination notice before expiry of the contract period in favour of petitioner which is valid upto 31st March, 2010. Now, by virtue of interim order petitioner's grievance in the writ petition is redressed, as such nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
