HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23095 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is noticed that the petitioner challenged the orders passed in E.P.No.4 of 2000 in I.D.No.676 of 1991, dated 17.8.2000. As the petitioner had not challenged the orders passed in I.D.No.676 of 1991, the present writ petition filed against the orders passed in E.P.No.4 of 2000 is not maintainable. Further, the writ petition was dismissed for default against respondents Nos.2, 4 and 5 on 18.8.2010 and thereafter, no steps have been taken to restore the writ petition against the aforesaid respondents. In the absence of the aforesaid respondents, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
