THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.3163 of 2025 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed to relax/modify the condition No.II in para 7 of the order dated 30.01.2025 i.e., the petitioners/accused shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 9:00 A.M., to 10:00P.M., for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier" passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.848 of 2025.

Heard Sri Madhukar Jadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioner is appearing on every Monday as directed by this Court. He further submitted that three months is also completed. Therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition by allowing this criminal petition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.II in para 7 of the order dated 30.01.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.848 of 2025. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Police concerned whenever their presence is specifically required.

With the above relaxation, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
