HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 1682 of 2010 ORDER:
Heard Mr.R.K.Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner. I have perused the prayers in the writ petition. From the nature of prayers, it is clear, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and that seems to be the reason why learned counsel for the petitioner is not getting any instructions or response from his client.
In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ Dt:17.07.2015 kdl
