On 23-09-2015, this Court passed a separate order, which reads as under:- "Office objection is upheld and the writ petition is entertained only with respect to the 15th petitioner and the writ petition is accordingly, stands dismissed with regard to other petitioners, with a liberty to file separate writ petitions for each petitioner."

Thus, this writ petition relates to only 15th petitioner. Heard.

The only grievance of the 15th petitioner is that a notice under Rule 3 of the A.P.Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 1977 was issued on 29.4.2015 asking him to show cause as to why he should not be evicted. The 15th petitioner states that he is a landless poor and eking out his livelihood by doing agricultural labour work. He stated to have purchased the land in question under various agreements in the year 1990 and on various other dates and claiming to be in possession and cultivating the same. It is stated that a detailed explanation is already filed in response to the said show-cause notice on 01-06-2015 and as on today, no final orders are passed.

The 15th petitioner, however, complains that while the said proceedings are pending, the 4th respondent and his subordinates are interfering and are not allowing him to cultivate the land in question. Evidently, the 15th petitioner has been given a notice and he has filed an explanation, which is required to be considered by the 4th respondent in accordance with law and he is required to pass a reasoned order.

the said notice. The 4th respondent is, however, at liberty to consider the explanation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
