This Criminal Revision Case is filed under section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the conviction and sentence recorded by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Crl.Appeal No. 821 of 2017 dated 31-01-2018 confirming the judgment dated 03-7-2017 passed by the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No. 702 of 2014 for an offence punishable under section 411 of I.P.C.

2. Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned Senior Counsel has addressed a letter dated 07-2-2019 to the Registry of this Court informing that the Superintendent of Special Prison for Women, Chanchalaguda, Hyderabad, issued a certificate, dated 20-11-2018 stating that the Revision Petitioner herein was released on 09-11-2018 on expiry of sentence. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous, as the Revision Petitioner informed him to withdraw the above Criminal Revision Case.

3. Recording the averments of the aforesaid letter of the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
