HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.C.No.331 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.27072 of 2005, dated 11.04.2014.

After admitting the contempt case, it appears that the petitioner filed another W.P.No.14362 of 2016 and got an interim order in WPMP No.17897 of 2016 on 26.04.2016.

The petitioner should not have simultaneously proceeded with the contempt case and the writ petition.

While disposing of W.P.No.27072 of 2005 on 11.4.2014, this Court directed that the petitioner was at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents and the respondents were directed to pass appropriate orders thereon and till passing of such order, the petitioner's possession shall not be disturbed. In spite of such direction, he tried to travel on two boats. In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue writ petition No.14362 of 2016 filed by him.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
