THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5017 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent-Executive Officer, TTD, to allot one shop to the petitioner at Saptagiri Choultry at Tirumala as per orders dated 09-02-2005 of the respondent.

2. This Court by order dated 13-03-2009, while issuing rule nisi, granted interim direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for allotting one shop at Saptagiri Choultry at Tirumala and pass appropriate orders and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. It is now stated by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-TTD that pursuant to the interim direction passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and allotted a shop to him at Second Sannidhi Street and on his request, the same has been shifted to shop No.61 of Mini Shopping Complex, Tirumala, as there was no shop available at Saptagiri Choultry. Inasmuch as the case of the petitioner has been considered and the direction of this Court was only to consider his case for allotment of a shop, the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by way of the interim direction granted by this Court. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs. _________________________
