Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to pursue W.P.No.3442 of 2015.

In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the Writ Petition stated supra.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
