THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.19621 of 2009 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has retired from service during the pendency of the Writ Petition. It is also noticed that since the petitioner is retired as a public servant, on this ground also, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and thus rendering the writ petition as infructuous.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs.
