Consequently, the challenge to order dated 26.09.2005 in M.P.No.307 of 2003 on the file of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad, is untenable.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand closed.
