HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26550 of 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Field Assistant under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNREGS) during the year 2009 and he was issued show cause notice in the month of March 2017 by the 2nd respondent whereby the petitioner was suspended from service and was asked to submit explanation. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since the petitioner has already filed explanation on 16.04.2017, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass orders after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner,

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
