ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to bring the properties of the petitioner to public auction for recovery of the respective loan amounts due under loan Account No.140 declaring their action as illegal and ultra virus to the provisions of Articles-14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India besides directing them not to proceed further."

At the hearing, Sri V.S.Prasad, learned counsel representing Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.29693 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
