ORDER

While admitting the writ petition, on 7.8.2002, this Court in WPMP No.17894 of 2002, directed the respondentCorporation to continue the petitioner in service. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side, submits that pursuant to the said interim order, the petitioner continued in service and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
