THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN ICOMAOA No.1 OF 2020 ORAL ORDER:

Mr. V. Hari Haran, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above ICOMAOA, and to that effect, he has addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicail), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, along with letter dated 19.08.2020 addressed by the applicant.

Permission is accorded.

In view of the above submission, the present ICOMAOA is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the aforesaid ICOMAOA shall stand closed.
