ORDER

Challenging registration of Cr.No.49 of 2016 by the 2nd respondent on 11.07.2016 against the 1st petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

It appears that both the petitioners are majors and they got married. The 2nd petitioner gave a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram, stating that they got married out of love.

In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and submit a final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, till then, the 1st petitioner shall not be arrested.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
