THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.4338 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 14.08.2012 in I.A.No.252 of 2012 in O.S.No.2114 of 2004 on the file of the Court of XIX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. As per the office note, O.S.No.2114 of 2004 itself was disposed of on 14.09.2012. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the purpose of filing of this revision petition has become infructuous.
