This Criminal Appeal is filed by the complainant against the order dated 23.3.2015 passed in C.C.No.97 of 2011 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palamaner, Chittoor District discharging the accused under Section 245(1) Cr.P.C. for the offence under Sections 416, 420 and 447 r/w 34 IPC.

The present appeal is not maintainable. Since the respondents are discharged by the competent Court, the petitioner is directed to file a revision, if she is so advised.
