The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are all freedom fighters and their names were recommended by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent vide letter No.C6/2626/2010, dated 05-09-2011 for restoration of freedom fighters pension. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent shall take action in accordance with law on the recommendations of the 2nd respondent vide letter No.

C6/2626/2010, dated 05-09-2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
