HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12998 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the notification issued on 26.05.2006 proposing to acquire land admeasuring Ac.0.59 cents, Ac.0.58 cents, Ac.0.52 cents, Ac.0.49 cents, Ac.0.75 cents and Ac.0.75 cents in R.S.Nos.165/5, 165/6, 165/7, 165/8, 165/9 and 165/10 respectively of Uppuluru Village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District for the purpose of providing house sites to the villagers under Indiramma Scheme.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the respondents, on the basis of the written instructions, submitted that in view of the pendency of the present writ petition, alternative land was acquired and the land covered by the present notification is not required by the Government.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and the writ petition is closed by recording the above submission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
