Though Smt. G. Bhanu Priya, learned counsel for the petitioners, filed a latter dated 29.07.2019 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, petitioners intend to withdraw the Writ Petition without seeking liberty. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
