HON'BLE Smt JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.1381 and 1385 of 2007 COMMON ORDER:
Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 24.09.2014. 1.
Sri K.G.Surendranath Yadav, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri K.Mohan Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent - complainant are present. The matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

The Crimes registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The revision petitioners were convicted for the said offence and the appeals filed by them failed. 3.
Now the complainant states that compromise has been struck between the parties and the complainant already received an amount of Rs.2,02,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Two Lakhs Only). Therefore, the complainant is not interested to pursue the matters further. 4.
Even the loan account with the bank was closed under a different compromise (One Time Settlement). Therefore, the matters require to be closed.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Case stands closed. In view of the award dated 24.09.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Cases are closed in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
