HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 5779 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 29.12.2015 in O.A.No. 10157 of 2012 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the O.A. was dismissed for default.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the O.A. was dismissed for default by the Tribunal, the petitioners filed M.A.No. 37 of 2018 in O.A.No. 10157 of 2012 seeking restoration of the original application, however till date, the Tribunal has not passed orders thereon, as such, the action of the Tribunal is prejudicial to the petitioners. Keeping in view the submission of the petitioners' counsel and the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the Tribunal to dispose of M.A.No. 37 of 2018 in O.A.No. 10157 of 2012 on merits by considering the Full Bench Judgment of this Court reported in G.Narasimha Murthy v. District Collector, Mahabubnagar 1, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
