Learned counsel for the petitioners would represent that the petitioners moved Sessions Court under Section 407(1)(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In that view of the matter, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer criminal petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the transfer criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the adverse decision, if any, passed by the Sessions Court. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this revision, stand closed.
