HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 23330 OF 2007 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed to declare the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dismissing the stay application filed by the petitioners in Proceedings No. B/1315/2006, dated 30/6/2007, as arbitrary and illegal, and a consequential direction was sought to permit the petitioners to cultivate the lands situated in survey No. 362 and survey No. 375 of Diguva Nelaturu village, B. Mattam Mandal, Kadapa district, pending disposal of statutory appeal.

2. Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
