It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 02-12-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.3930 of 2009. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare Development.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
