The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition on 01.07.2015, an order of cancellation was passed. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the order of cancellation.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
