THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.19163 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the third respondent dated 29.06.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as paid secretary of third respondent society forthwith.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation. He further submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
