Heard the counsel for petitioner. None appears for respondent. 2.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Original Petition No.29 of 2019 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli to the Family Court, at Adilabad. 3.

The petitioner herein is the wife of respondent. 4.

The respondent had filed the above Hindu Marriage Original Petition No.29 of 2019 before the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli seeking divorce.

The petitioner contends that she has a life-threat at Peddapalli, that Peddapalli is 250 kilometers away from Adilabad where she is residing, and it is difficult for her to go there for each and every adjournment.

Though notice had been issued to the respondent and his wife, there is no representation on his behalf.

Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Hindu Marriage Original Petition No.29 of 2019 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli is transferred to the Family Court, at Adilabad.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as above. No order as to costs.
