THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.7590 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner - accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.130 of 2015 of Kakatiya University Police Station, Warangal Urban, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 468 IPC.

Heard both sides. Perused the material on record. The prosecution case, in brief, is as under:- The petitioner while working as a Sub-Postmaster at K.C. Colony Sub Post Office, during the period from 30.09.2011 to 14.05.2015 had committed misappropriation of an amount of Rs.1,80,000/-. It is alleged that the said amount was being deposited in the savings bank accounts of the depositors, but the petitioner having made entries in the passbooks of the depositors, failed to make the same in their corresponding accounts and thereby, committed the offence. As the allegations made against the petitioner are serious in nature, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ M.S.K.
